Insurance Claims
When plumbing disaster strikes, you need help, not a headache.
We can do the following to expedite your recovery time:
—with 24/7 emergency service, provide temporary options to stop further damage while you contact your claims adjuster.
—provide thorough estimates to assist in your insurance claim.
—include 1st Quality Water Extraction Service.
The best insurance is regular maintenance and KNOWING WHERE YOUR SHUT OFF VALVES ARE (and that they are working!):
1. Private isolation valve (whole house). Located on either side of your water meter, either in a "meter pit" and box near your street, or mounted on an exterior wall.
2. Hot water isolation valve. Located above your water heater on the incoming hot water line.
3. Toilet shut-off. Usually a ribbed oval handle under the toilet tank. Be sure to turn it all the way.
4. Sink shut-offs. Look for two, hot and cold, under the cabinet or vanity.
5. Dishwasher shut-off. Under the sink, a valve leading to the appliance.
6. Clothes washer and refrigerator cut-offs.
